Boost Mobile at 1252 South Walnut Street, Starke, Florida.

First, let me say I'm a simple girl. I like for people to say what they mean and mean what they say. This establishment did neither.

When I first arrived they had a sign that said they offered a service for one rice. When I inquired about it they said yes the service was this amount. They as we process the amount doubles without me having added anything to it. When I try to leave and cancel the transaction they refused. I finally left and as I did an employee came out of the store and threw something at our car.

After leaving I realized that because we were thinking of switching service but chose not after an increase in price they had already disconnected outer other phone leaving us with no choice but to return and pay the increased amount.

However, when we got back they tripled the amount so by the time I paid I was paying triple the amount of what the service was originally supposed to be.

Plus they never gave us the correct service.

I finally got ahold of the Boost company and when the servicewoman looked into the transaction she realized that they had to swindle me out of my money without giving me the actual service I paid for. Thankfully she was able to correct their mistake and refund me my money for the amount they overcharged me.

Moral of this story is do not do business with this particular Boost store go anywhere else but avoid them. They will steal your money, not give you the correct product and they have false advertisement. Not to mention if you say anything they will throw things s at you.
