AutoZone at 127 Lafayette Street, Starke, Florida.

Starke store is closest one to me and I have frequented it more times than I would like to count. This time I went in for windshield wiper blades. CHRISTINA was the fantastic employee that helped me that day. Not only did she find blades, but installed all three of them. She checked my fluid levels and topped off my wiper fluid and coolant and then checked ODMI for vehicle problems. This young lady wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty or go above and beyond selling me wiper blades!!! Thank you CHRISTINA!!! It's refreshing to encounter someone who knows what "customer service" means!

We were on a trip and having issues with our two-year-old vehicle . We stopped in to see if any of their personnel could offer any suggestions to mysterious issue . the fellow that we spoke with was about 50% right and what he advised us . And that's why we gave them three stars .
we have found AutoZone, generally, to be quite helpful , but people are people .
we will continue to stop at AutoZone when we need a park or advice.
